The Fernwood Residence is a remarkable, upgraded colonial-style single-family home and patio house constructed in 1968 in the Lakevale Estates neighborhood of the town of Vienna. It has beautiful water views because of its location on a lot that is next to a pond. This five-bedroom house has undergone extensive renovations, including an updated living area, a new bedroom added above the existing garage.
