36th Street Residence

36th Street Residence is home to the modern style in Arlington, Virginia. White stucco covers the exterior, while black metal is used for the roof and trim. The house has an air of timeless tradition about it.  The garden surrounding this lavish structure has been carefully designed to feature an abundance of lush plants.  The exterior concept is very crisp, fresh, and daring, and it pairs beautifully with a beautifully understated interior design. Upper-level living quarters were customized to the needs of the artist owner and her family in terms of practicality and personalization. Separated from the family living quarters, complete with its own entryway and circulation, the art studio can be used without interference from any other section of the house.
