The 25th Place Residence is a new-built family home in the Yorktown area of Arlington, Virginia. The luxurious design features a spacious and adaptable open floor plan with five bedrooms, four full baths and a studio apartment on the top floor. The exterior has a sleek, contemporary look with a black and white color scheme and a pitched roof. The goal of the design process was to produce a bright and practical open space plan concept with a minimally detailed interior for a well-designed, cutting-edge home suitable for the contemporary urban lifestyle.
