North Courthouse Residence is a single-family residential house improvement in Arlington, Virginia. Originally built in 1943, the house is located on a peaceful, tree-lined street near Fort Bennet Park and the Palisades Trail. The j.y.lee architects used stucco and luxurious wood-toned performance siding to create an elegant look.  This home features outdoor spaces inspired by the property's unique confluence of urban vitality and natural serenity, from the airy "tree house" roof terrace to the covered streetscape balcony and the private back garden.
